Refunds/Returns: We have a strict No Refund & No Return Policy. 
All sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS

We do not cancel/refund orders after they are placed, in transit, or after delivered.
THE LASH PLUG LA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Defective Items
If you believe the item you received is unusable due to it being possibly defective, please contact within 48 hours of delivery to investigate (if applicable).

To initiate a defective product:

The following information MUST be included:

1. Your name & best way to contact you (email or text)
2. Order Number
3. Details of what the damage or defect is
4. MUST INCLUDE supporting photos and/or video
    
Please note that we are not responsible for boxes or items that are damaged during shipment. We guarantee all of our items are packed well to ensure no damage during transport.
